100-100 KN/M Glassgrid Product Overview
100-100 KN/M Bitumen Coated Glassgrid is a professional geosynthetic reinforcement product
specially developed for asphalt pavement structural reinforcement, crack resistance and service
life prolongation. Taking high-strength biaxial fiberglass as the core substrate, combined with
full-coverage modified bitumen coating process, this product features stable performance,
excellent asphalt compatibility and long-term durability, fully meeting the design and construction
requirements of road engineering.
It effectively blocks reflective cracking, thermal cracking and traffic load-induced cracking in asphalt pavement,
providing reliable structural support for various road projects. Meanwhile, it greatly reduces later-period
maintenance costs and optimizes the full-life-cycle economic benefits of pavement projects.
100-100 KN/M Glassgrid Product Features:
- Biaxial Uniform Tensile Strength: ≥100KN/m tensile strength in both warp and weft directions,
efficiently disperses pavement stress, resists deformation under heavy loads, and fundamentally
suppresses crack generation and propagation.
- Premium Bitumen Coating Integration: Full-coverage modified bitumen coating ensures perfect
bonding with hot asphalt mixture, stable interlayer performance, no slipping, no peeling and no aging
during construction and service.
- Low Elongation & High Rigidity: Break elongation ≤3%, maintaining high structural stability,
effectively preventing pavement rutting and uneven settlement, keeping asphalt pavement flat for a long term.
- Wide Temperature Resistance: Stable performance under -40℃ to 200℃, compatible with high-temperature
hot asphalt paving construction, and adaptable to harsh outdoor weather conditions with UV & acid-alkali resistance.
- Long-Lasting Durability: High-quality fiberglass substrate with no creep, service life up to 20+ years, highly matching the design life of asphalt pavement structures.
Reinforcement Fiberglass Geogrid Key Properties:
Typically ranges from 20x20 mm to 40x40 mm, optimized for optimal interlock with common aggregate sizes.
Coated with a polymeric material (e.g., PVC) to protect the glass fibers from abrasion and
damage during installation and to provide UV resistance.
